La Cucina at the Market

LA CUCINA AT THE MARKET offers private cooking programs, perfect for corporate entertaining, team building or personal celebrations such as birthdays, bachelorette parties and special reunions. You’ll learn specific techniques as our instructors and assistants guide you through the recipes.

A typical party lasts between 2-3 hours: an introduction, cooking and sitting down to enjoy the meal you’ve made. Times can be extended to include a ½ hour cocktail reception. Paired house wines are included and can be upgraded.

Our parties call for a minimum of 6 and a maximum of 30.

Wine Tastings and Mixology Classes
Another option for your group is to hold a private wine appreciation class or tasting at La Cucina at the Market. Topics can range from a “A Tour of Italy through its Wines”, sampling microbrewery beers, as well as classic cocktails and cocktails with contemporary twists. Food pairing can be added to any of these programs.

…and Kids Events!!!!
By popular demand La Cucina at the Market is pleased to offer Kids’ cooking events, perfect for birthdays and other special celebrations. These parties typically run 2 hours and include specially designed hands-on cooking with an experienced instructor, a sit down meal where the kids eat what they have prepared, plus snacks and a kid-friendly bar with water, juices and soda. In addition aprons, chef’s hats, and refreshments for adults can be ordered.

We’ll work with you to create the perfect party based on your child’s age and culinary tastes. Parties of up to 16 kids can be accommodated. Prices start at $35 per kid. A 20% service charge is added.
