Host your bridal shower party atTwo Families, One KitchenA bridal shower at La Cucina at the Market puts everyone in the kitchen together. The bride and her guests cook a real Italian meal by hand, then sit down and enjoy it side by side. The cooking is what brings the group together, and it gives guests of every age something to do and talk about. A bridal shower cooking class is a warm, hands-on way to celebrate the bride before the big day.
A Different Kind of Bridal ShowerAt La Cucina, the shower itself is the main event. Your group rolls fresh pasta, picks up a few of Anna's tricks, and laughs through the messy parts together. By the time the food reaches the table, guests who just met feel like old friends. It is hands-on, relaxed, and a little different from the usual shower. And it is still your celebration. If you want a toast or a special moment for the bride, just tell us, and we will help you work it in.
I just wanted to thank you and tell you what a fabulous time we had at my daughter's bridal shower! It truly exceeded all of my expectations. Your team made sure everything ran flawlessly. The entire concept was unique, fun, and memorable. And the food? Finger-licking good! Your crew did an incredible job. Thank you for helping create such a special day for my daughter and our family. We couldn't have been happier. Warmly, Marlene |

It Works for the Whole Guest ListA shower mixes generations. You have the bride's college roommates, her aunts, her mom, and maybe her grandmother. A cooking class brings them all in. Guests who love to cook get hands-on. Guests who would rather sip wine and watch have a comfortable seat at the table. Nobody is stuck on the sidelines. And everyone here actually cooks. You are not watching a chef perform and clapping along. You are making the meal with your own hands.

Real Italian Food, Wine, and Any Dietary Needs We teach real Italian food, made by hand. Think fresh pasta, sauces from scratch, and dishes you will want to make again at home. You will leave with the recipes too. Bring your own wine if you like, and we will set it up for the table. Plenty of showers skip the alcohol, and that is just as easy here. We handle vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free needs all the time. Just send us the details when you book.

Frequently Asked Questions
Here are some of the questions we hear most often. Don’t see yours? Give us a call at 215-922-1170.
Can guests who do not cook still take part?
Yes. Some guests dive into the cooking, and others prefer to sip wine and watch from the table. Both work. Nobody is left on the sidelines, and everyone eats the meal together at the end.
Do you host daytime or brunch bridal showers?
Yes. We host showers in the morning, afternoon, or evening. A late-morning class works well as a brunch shower. Tell us your preferred time when you reach out, and we will check the calendar.
Can we still open gifts or do a toast for the bride?
Yes. It is your event. We are happy to make room for a toast, a gift moment, or a special surprise for the bride. Just let us know in advance so we can work it into the timing.
What if some of our guests do not drink?
That is no problem at all. Wine is optional and bring-your-own. Many bridal showers go alcohol-free, and the class is just as fun without it.
Can you handle different dietary needs in a big family group?
Yes. We work with vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free guests all the time. Share the details when you book, and we will plan the menu so everyone can eat.
Where are you located?
We're at 1206 Arch St, Philadelphia, PA 19107 — in Center City, a few blocks from the Convention Center. There are several parking garages nearby and we're very accessible by SEPTA.
