Join us as Tony Catelli  of Catelli Brothers, a local 70 year old family meat business, shares his vast knowledge with us. Tony will clarify some of the common myths associated with veal and share its rich history which goes back to biblical times.  Along with a wealth of information we’ll be preparing 3 dishes that showcase both grain and milk-fed veal including Veal Marsala and Veal Scallopini.
